Frequent health checkups
Nothing ruins your sex life like abdominal pain, premenstrual pain, scratching and a mysterious discharge. If you notice anything out of place that worries you (even a strange odor), it’s a good idea to rush to the doctor and get it checked out, even if you’re 100 percent sure it’s not a sexually transmitted disease.
Don’t be surprised by the lack of response
Contrary to popular belief, an erection is not something that a person can actively control and so exhaustion and stress are the most common causes of unresponsiveness. Statistics show that one in seven men (aged sixteen or older) will experience these erection problems at least four times a year.
Change of missionary position (man-on-top-woman position)
Enhance the previous man-on-top-woman position by straightening and tightening your legs as he lies between your legs.
Jogging
Sedentary men have the highest proportion of “inactivity”, but with 20-30 minutes of brisk walking or jogging every day, it can be reversed to some extent. In addition, after a year of jogging, 62% of women’s sex life significantly improved; 26% of people can reach orgasm every time.
